A Warning to All Group Owners!

I know that "call out" journals aren't really allowed, but this is not a call out. This is a warning. 

As some of you may know, I am the founder of  (She took the icon but thanks to TheGhoulAvenue I have it back) and that we'd been working on getting it open and ready to go within week or two. The admins were working together, brainstorming ideas, and coming up with the lore, activities, and everything. We had enough ready to get it opened up and activity started while we finished ironing out the rest of the activities.

We had the breed rolling system figured out, lore, activities posted, everything.


One of the admins was throwing up red flags from the time they started... but I, being a very nice person, gave them the benefit of the doubt and listened. They picked apart every idea we came up with and refused to agree on anything until it was exactly how SHE wanted it. Didn't matter what I wanted or liked... didn't matter what me and the other admins had discussed. It had to be HER way or no way. 

She bitched to the point where we couldn't get our breed rolling system the way we wanted it. We had to settle on something that would have made breeding too easy and rare features too abundant. But its ok, she was happy with how it was, it didn't matter how the rest of us felt!

I posted an auction, and she bitched at me until I was forced to take it down. I was also yelled at for selling the two customs I sold, even though, GODS FORBID, I wanted to fund the group to super group.

In short, she picked apart every theory and idea we came up with, was extremely negative and critical, and used her "Years of experience" as an excuse to take charge of MY group. When I called her on it, she then proceeded to blame everything on me, acting as if I was the one acting out of line when I was being nothing but nice and accommodating, even when annoyed with her behaivor.

She then tried to claim partial ownership over the species I created!

As we were discussing something and I telling her I was very tired and busy and couldn't work on it at the moment, she acted like I was just brushing her off and ignoring her.

I am FULLY willing to take into account everybody's ideas, and give credit where it is due. Yes, she wrote out the lore. But the ideas? The ideas for it came from ALL of the admins, putting their heads together and discussing what we wanted. And even then she shot down every little idea she didn't like until it was tailored to exactly how SHE wanted it. I planted a seed, and everybody helped it grow.  And she? She stifled it.

When she bitched at me about the auction I posted and later took down to shut her up, I should have kicked her out then. I didn't. I was nice. I tried to think from other people's point of view. I was trying to collaberate, which meant a bunch of people working together on one thing. I knew ideas would shift and change and that the original concept I came up with would grow into something different.

Now, I wouldn't have minded if she quit the group. Not at all. That is her choice, I was about to demote her from admin position anyway. I was going to let her remain as a member of the group, but it just wasn't going to work out with her as an admin. She is now blocked after what she did.

But no. She took the icon down, and deleted almost everything we had figured out. Luckily I managed to save a little of it, but a HUGE chunk of EVERYTHING has to be redone because she deleted our google docs, too.

She deleted everything out of the journals that had the info. Deleted everything and just left a little dash in its place. So the stuff couldn't even be restored!






The journals were copied over from a google doc we had all worked on, and uploaded by her. Maybe she uploaded it, but she didn't write everything out. We all came up with everything TOGETHER. She just copy pasted it for me after I asked her to while busy taking care of my child and puppy and battling being sick. And she had the NERVE to scream at me for being sick as if I can control that I can't spend 24/7 at the computer! When I called her on it all she could do was make excuses about how rough her life was. Well that's good for you, bud, but it doesn't give you an excuse to treat everybody around you like shit!

Had it just been the lore, I wouldn't have cared. I was going to rewrite that and do what I wanted in the first place when she left. But she went and took EVERYTHING. And made it so we couldn't restore it.

Because of her, the hard work of ALL the group's admins is gone, and we have to start all over again.

And it wasn't just what she did when she left, it's how she acted while she was an admin.

So please beware of this person.

If she wants to be an admin for your group, run the other way. She may claim to have "years of experience" but she does not collaborate well with other people. She uses the "Years of experience" as an excuse and only wants things her way.

Again, this is not a call out. This is a warning. I don't want anybody else going through what I just did.
